About Jessica Ulery

Jessica Ulery - Divine Romance Ministries

Jessica's Bio

Jessica was born in California and raised in the church. She developed a strong love for God as a youth that continued to grow deeper when her family relocated to a small town in Kansas. At Life Church she was led into intimacy with Jesus and is now passionate about encouraging others to explore a romantic relationship with God, as the church is His bride and He is the groom.

Jessica studied Elementary Education at Emporia State University where she received a Bachelor's degree in 2010. She then went on to Rhema Bible Training College and earned a Biblical Studies Certificate in 2013. She now uses her years of experience teaching to effectively communicate the truths of God's word. Her desires are to lead people in intimacy with Christ and to challenge others to love God as much as He loves us.

Love Worth Waiting For

Jessica Ulery - Love Worth Waiting For RetreatA retreat for girls!

In this 3 day, 2 night weekend retreat for girls, come encounter the author of romance and learn how to recognize the difference between the fake love the world offers and God’s genuine love for you! At 16 years old Jessica Ulery had an encounter with God that inspired her to make a commitment to not awaken love before it's time and to allow God to write her love story. Now married to her first and only boyfriend, Jessica will teach on the joys and many benefits of dating God's way.

Retreat attendees will each receive a "Date Night With Jesus Scrapbook" and will enjoy many team building and group bonding activities in-between three heartfelt sessions, "Fools Gold", "Jesus My Lover", and "Love You More." This camp is hosted at New Life Ranch in Oklahoma (which offers it's own range of activities from horse back riding to canoeing and everything in-between), and the retreat can be scheduled anytime, summer or winter, for your group. If your group is unable to travel to Oklahoma then Jessica is happy to come to you and host "Love Worth Waiting For" as a youth lock-in, seminar, or even as a single message, one-night event at your church.

At the "Love Worth Waiting For" retreat you will discover that God is a romantic God and He wants to sweep you off your feet! Book your group now to experience a deeper, more intimate relationship that Jesus longs to have with you! Fill out the ministry request form with the desired dates for your retreat and we'll contact you to confirm availability.

How much does it cost?

There are two options

Option 1

Host at
New Life Ranch

Price: $105 per camper

When: Fri-Sun
3 day, 2 night event
(Exact dates your choice)

This option enables you to sit back and relax! Let us take care of all the details, arrangements and programming so you can focus on enjoying your girls and creating unforgettable bonding moments with them.

This price includes all of your delicious meals, comfortable air conditioned/heated cabins, access to top-notch facilities and attractions (check out the activities below), and the "Date Night With Jesus" scrapbook.

There is something about spending several days in a new place, apart from the usual distractions of everyday life, that allows a person to relax and renew their mind. This is exactly what your group will experience while nestled in the beautiful valley of New Life Ranch.

Option 2

Host at
your church

Price: FREE!

When: Fully customizable
(lock-in, conference,
or one night event)

This option allows you to be much more hands-on as you will work together with Jessica to come up with the schedule and arrangements for the event. Jessica can either share all 3 ministry sessions (Fool's Gold, Jesus My Lover, and Love you More), or she can condense the material into 2 sessions, or even into a single-message one-night event. She doesn't ask for an honorarium, but simply requests that you cover her travel expenses to get to you.

This option is all about catering to the specific needs of your group, facilities, and schedule. Some churches want to have a modesty fashion show, while others have hosted a "Your Worth More Than Gold" professional photo shoot. The options are endless, and it's all up to you and what best suits your situation. Send us a message and we would be happy to discuss ideas with you!

Either option you choose, your group will encounter the author of romance who wants to take you down a path that leads to a "love worth waiting for!" Don't hesitate, contact us today!

The Kangaroo Cage
Located next to the Sport Court, the Kangaroo Cage jump pillow is great fun for everyone!
The Kangaroo Cage cannot be reserved, however, we will be glad to work with you to coordinate your schedule with other group’s needs.

Flint Field
Going, going, gone! Step up to the plate and harness your inner major leaguer on our wiffle ball field. Whether you are playing a nine inning game or just trying to hit one over the fence in a Homerun Derby, we are sure you will have a "blast" at Flint Field!
Flint Field cannot be reserved, however, we will be glad to work with you to coordinate your schedule with other group’s needs.

Canteen & Pavilion
The Canteen is our snack and souvenir shop. Snacks ranging from peanuts to ice cream are available, as well as NLR t-shirts, hats, and other merchandise. We take cash, checks and Visa or Master Card in the canteen.
NLR staff will run the Canteen. The Canteen is generally open 2pm-4pm. Please let us know in advance of your retreat if there are additional times you would like the Canteen open.

The Sport Court
The Sport Court is our open air pavilion. It is ideal for meetings or recreation. The Sport Court has two basketball goals, and has restrooms close by. There are lights if you would like to use the Sport Court for night time activities.
The Sport Court cannot be reserved, however, we will be glad to work with you to coordinate your schedule with other group’s needs.

Ballfield, Tennis, Volleyball
Think of the Ball Field as a blank canvas. Use your imagination as you plan group games and activities that need a wide open space. A sand volleyball court and tennis courts are close by. All of these spaces are great for free time activities, or for structured group times.
If you would like to use any of these facilities please let us know so we can coordinate with other group’s needs.

The Outdoor Chapel
The Outdoor Chapel is a unique place to meet outside in God’s creation. It has benches and a small stage (there is no power available, so plan to be unplugged.) When planning your schedule be sure and consider when it gets dark! Several miles of trails can be used to complement your program as well.
If you would like to use the Outdoor Chapel please let us know so we can coordinate with other group’s needs.

The Dining Hall
The Dining Hall seats up to 320 people, and is equipped with a PA system and CD player. All meals in the Dining Hall are all-you-can eat, and don’t worry about the cleanup, we will take care of it!
Normal meal times are 8:00 for breakfast, 12:00 for lunch, and 5:30 for dinner.

Canoes and Kayaks
Canoes and Kayaks are a great activity for any group!
You can set the times when you want your groups to use the boats. It has to be light outside and everybody must wear a lifejacket. We do recommend having an adult available to monitor any boating activities.

Patmos Challenge Course
Feel free to venture across the bridge and over Flint Creek to the Island of Patmos and the unique challenges that are found over there on both our High and Low Ropes Courses. Patmos is also the name of the island that the apostle John exiled to. It was there that he experienced many trials and tribulations, but it was also where he heard the direct word of God. It is our hope that all who enter Patmos will have a similar experience; you will be extremely challenged, but you will also hear from God and learn and grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ.
Schedule some time for your group to come over and be challenged or just come on over and enjoy the atmosphere as other groups enjoy the course.

The Kristen Kindred Memorial Prayer Chapel
If you need to pray, read, study or sit quietly the Prayer Chapel is a great place.. The Prayer Chapel is located right on the edge of camp, it has a peaceful view of Flint Creek, and you can sit outside or inside.
The Prayer Chapel is open 24 hours a day. We ask that you and your participants respect the Prayer Chapel as a quiet space for anyone to use for prayer and study.

The Game Room
This is not your ordinary Game Room. Sure, there are classics like ping-pong and foosball, but we also have Pop-a-Shot Basketball and 2 bowling lanes!
The Game Room cannot be reserved. However, we will be glad to work with you to coordinate your schedule with other group’s needs.
